The objectives / goals of the committee include: This subcommittee was formed to develop guidelines and best practices in administering water purification equipment. Each unit operation delivers a specific target in water quality and needs to be properly sanitized so as to maintain peak performance and consistent food safety. The goal will be to evaluate current state-of-art and develop universally applicable SOP for each process in question.
