The objectives / goals of the committee include: This subcommittee will develop a best practices guidance document for beverage operations in the COVID-19 pandemic. We will utilize expert sources (such as CDC and WHO) and beverage industry best practices for applying practical solutions. This document may also serve as a baseline response for future pandemics.
