Thank you for supporting the efforts of ISBT by participating in the ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo!

The ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo will be open for 3 hours, though the booths will be set up (but not manned) throughout the event. The conference will be held Wednesday, May 3 - Thursday, May 4, 2023. Attendees

ISBT expects many Beverage Industry Professionals to attend the ISBT CO₂ Symposium. Participants will be from the full spectrum of the beverage industry such as brand owners, beverage producers, ingredient suppliers and retailers, packaging suppliers, filling and processing equipment manufacturers. Space is limited, so register now!

Networking

The entire evening is structured to allow networking opportunities and will be enhanced with food and beverages served in the exhibition area.

Registration

ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo exhibitor registration does NOT include attendance for the ISBT CO₂ Symposium held Wednesday, May 3 and Thursday, May 4. If you wish to attend the conference, you will need to be a current ISBT member and register for the conference separately.

Please note that at least one member of the exhibitor's company must be a member of ISBT and registered for the ISBT CO₂ Symposium.

ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo Pricing

The price to exhibit is $1,500 through Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at which point it goes up to $1,600. Exhibitors who would like to have a booth at the BevTech Technology Expo and the ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo should register for the BevTech Technology Expo first, then contact the ISBT Office for a discount code that will reduce the price for the ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo. This will bring the total cost down from $3,000 to $2,295. The discount for both Expos is only good through Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Each booth can have two attendees, one of which must be an ISBT member that is registered for the ISBT CO₂ Symposium. If you would like to have more than two exhibitors at your booth, each additional person will cost $200 USD. Any registered attendees for BevTech may work at the booth without additional costs or counting towards the two included booth personnel.

Booth Specifications

Please refer to these details for specifications about the booth space.

• Floor space will be 10 feet wide x 6 feet deep.
• 1 skirted table (6 feet x 30 inches) with a table tent sign with your company name
• 2 chairs
• Dedicated power to each booth. If you need more than 15 amps (standard), please to discuss options / availability.
• Wi-Fi access
• Space assignment is first come (registered), first served. All spaces are prime locations.
• Exhibit space must be paid at time of registration.
• No display over 10 feet tall
• Due to space limitations, all freestanding exhibit displays, signs, or banners must be no wider than 10 feet. This will be enforced, and you will be asked to remove any display violating this dimension.

ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo Policies

1. All materials must fit on, immediately behind, or under the table. Storage for additional materials or shipping items will be available.
2. Exhibiting companies may register additional exhibit personnel at $200 per person. Additional exhibit personnel will have access to exhibit hall during set-up, exhibit event, and tear-down only — and must check in at the ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo desk to pick up a badge before entering the exhibit ballroom.

Wi-Fi will be available as part of the package.

• All major credit cards are accepted (Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover).
• If you need a receipt beyond your confirmation email, please email the ISBT Office for one at .

Refunds / Cancellations

To obtain a refund for ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo registration fees (minus a non-refundable $150 processing fee), written notice must be received by ISBT by Sunday, April 2, 2023. No refunds will be granted after that deadline.

Can exhibitors attend ISBT CO₂ Symposium events?

ISBT CO₂ Symposium Expo exhibitor registration does NOT include attendance for the ISBT CO₂ Symposium held Wednesday, May 3 and Thursday, May 4. If you wish to attend the conference, you will need to be a current ISBT member and register for the conference separately.

Is there a way to collect leads (such as a lead retrieval device or app)?

ISBT uses the Whova app's built-in system. Attendees will come by exhibitor booths so that you can use the app to scan the QR code on their nametags. With their approval, you will receive their contact info.

Can I have a second table in my booth?

Booths are limited to one table. If you would like a second booth, you can contact the ISBT Office to see about the possibility of a second booth at a discounted price after the early bird registration period.
