Seeking Excellent Employees

A core principle of Ben Summerwill, ISB&T's founder, was to always hire excellent employees. We continue to carry on that tradition in our hiring practices today. Our staff members strive to do their best every day --- helping to take the hassle out of our customers' lives as they do their banking. Our mission of "to take care of our customers and those who should be" means providing high quality service to those in our community.

If you are interested in the opportunity to work with dedicated people and possess our minimum requirements, we welcome your application for employment for our current openings. Please be advised that we do not retain unsolicited applications or resumes for employment. Therefore, if you are an applicant interested in a position other than what is posted on our website, please check back with us and apply for a specific position in your area of interest at that time.

Notice is hereby given to you as an applicant for employment that a consumer credit report will be requested from a consumer reporting agency if you are selected for an in-person interview.

ISB&T is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. If you are an applicant with special needs, please contact us at 319-356-5868 and ask to speak with a Human Resources Officer.
